Operations & Client Services Coordinator
As an Operations & Client Services Coordinator at Treasure Well, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and seamless client interactions. You will work closely with high-net-worth clients (HNWIs), institutional investors, and corporate partners, ensuring that their experience with Treasure Well meets the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to streamline internal operations, optimize client service workflows, and enhance overall business functionality. You will be the link between advisory teams, business development, and external stakeholders, ensuring that client interactions are smooth, data-driven, and aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for HNWIs, corporate clients, and investment partners, ensuring timely and high-quality support.
Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement client service protocols, ensuring seamless engagement from inquiry to transaction completion.
Handle sensitive financial and legal documents with discretion and efficiency.
Operations & Workflow Optimization
Oversee and improve internal workflow processes, ensuring that operations are streamlined, efficient, and scalable.
Support advisory teams, compliance officers, and investment strategists with document preparation, transaction processing, and administrative coordination.
Monitor and enhance client management systems (CRM), reporting tools, and operational dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce response times, and enhance service delivery.
Compliance & Data Management
Ensure client records and transactions adhere to data protection laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
Manage regulatory reporting, client documentation, and internal compliance tracking.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure full adherence to FATCA, CRS, and AML requirements.
Coordination Between Departments
Act as the operational liaison between business development, finance, compliance, and advisory teams to enhance client engagement and service execution.
Support internal teams with meeting coordination, project tracking, and business operations management.
Prepare and distribute client briefings, market updates, and transaction summaries to advisory teams and stakeholders.
Service Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Develop and implement client service best practices, ensuring that Treasure Well maintains a world-class client experience.
Analyze client feedback and operational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in internal training programs and industry networking events, staying updated on the latest trends in client services and financial operations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3-6 years of experience in client services, operations management, or business support within a financial, legal, or investment advisory firm.
Strong experience in CRM management, workflow optimization, and client relationship coordination.
Excellent understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage complex client interactions, financial documentation, and regulatory reporting.
High attention to detail with strong organizational and process-driven thinking.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical skills in CRM software, data reporting tools, and document management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields preferred.
