Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant at Treasure Well, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently at the leadership level. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Administrative Management

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, Managing Partners, and senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations.

  • Manage complex international calendars, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.

  • Draft and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and executive briefings for high-stakes decision-making.

  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, external stakeholders, and high-net-worth clients (HNWIs).

  • Prepare and coordinate board meetings, investor presentations, and corporate leadership events.

    Operations & Project Coordination

  • Oversee strategic initiatives, special projects, and executive priorities, ensuring timely execution.

  • Conduct research and prepare market intelligence briefings, supporting executive decision-making.

  • Handle high-level document management, including contracts, financial reports, and legal filings.

  • Work closely with legal, tax, and advisory teams to ensure executives have up-to-date information on key projects.

  • Assist with business planning, investor relations, and operational reporting.

    Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and external partners, including private banks, law firms, government agencies, and corporate investors.

  • Facilitate high-profile meetings, client engagements, and investor briefings, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring that key messages align with corporate strategy.

  • Support executive networking efforts by organizing industry events, speaking engagements, and media interviews.

    Confidentiality & Risk Management

  • Manage sensitive business and legal documents with the highest level of discretion and security.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, regulatory requirements, and industry confidentiality standards.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to executive operations and high-profile business engagements.

Required skills and Expertise

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Senior Administrative Coordinator within a financial, legal, investment, or corporate advisory firm.

  • Proven ability to manage complex executive schedules, prioritize competing deadlines, and handle confidential business matters.

  • Strong understanding of financial services, investment structures, and international business operations.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and document management platforms.

  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to provide strategic insights for executive decision-making.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential corporate information.
